This is a wonderful hotel, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast, and afternoon snacks-cheese trolley was perfect. I won’t ever stay anywhere but at Banks Mansion when visiting Amsterdam.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Amsterdam! Staff is wonderful. Open bar and snacks a real bonus. My husband loved the breakfast with the best omlette station chef ever! We will definitely stay here on our next, and every, trip to Amsterdam. Perfect location.

The all inclusive concept was excellent. It was so welcoming with a free bar, cheese trolley and fantastic breakfast. It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The canal view with the balcony was lovely. The central location was also wonderful. The room could have been cleaner with lots of dust under the headboard and the bathroom was quite small but these were about the only drawbacks to an otherwise fantastic and memorable hotel stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bank Mansion. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and provided extremely helpful advice and recommendations. Rooms were spacious, clean and showers were excellent. Breakfast was self serviced so felt a little less luxurious, however there was plenty choice and there was an egg and pancake station cooked to order. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if returned to Amsterdam.

Good amenities and very centrally located hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice bedding. The amenity include free mini bar in the room and open bar 24hrs downstairs at the lobby. Breakfast is included and is very good. I think property would benefit from usual maintenance and some upgrades, but overall the hotel offered a pleasant stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. Almost everything is included with the cost of the room. They have a lovely breakfast, drinks are available in the lobby( both alcoholic and non), and a charcuterie in the evening.

Conveniently located and very comfortable hotel. We really liked the fact that the lobby area was very welcoming and everything was included. It was a great place to come back to after a day exploring the city. Extremely helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts - probably the most complete we've had in Europe.

The staff of the hotel were all amazing and helpful. I especially loved the breakfast staff. The place was clean and comfy. If there was any issue I think the staff should give out a packet on what you can do in Amsterdam upon check in.

The staff make this hotel wonderful. The reception staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Sandra who cooks our breakfast is a real gem. The 24 hour complimentary bar and lounge area makes a lovely stay as it is easy to relax in between excursions. We always have a room overlooking the canals and it is lovely to sit and watch the world go by.

Outstanding! The hotel was located with easy access to everything! The Breakfast was the best .....Susannah was a ray of sunshine every morning and prepared some amazing omelets, pancakes, etc. The front desk staff was exceptional, and "Chiffon" went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The lobby was warm and welcoming, and we looked forward to the afternoon with the cheese and crackers and other specialty treats. We cannot thank you enough for making our "Honeymoon" stay the best ever and such a memorable trip. The entire staff was friendly, kind and so very helpful.
