Professional Hotel - Great Stay
It appeared to be a very professionally run hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite and willing to help with anything we asked of them. We had a fabulous sleep and the shower and toilet facilities were excellent. TV - please get a one or two English speaking channels 😬 The location has plenty of eating places and good if you have a vehicle. It's a little bit out of town

Very convenient location to zoo, spas and restaurants. The zoo is amazing. Went to the annual Luminescence light show. Superior breakfast served here with flexible hours.

There was one event/issue that occurred which had a big impact on my rating of this hotel. While running a bath in the tub, somehow the tub had an issue which made water leak down to the floor underneath. The staff knocked on the door and then entered the room. We asked them many times to let us get dressed and they started to open the bathroom door!! It was veeeeerrrryyyy uncomfortable. There was a quick apology after the man plunged the tub and left, but other than that, we were not compensated for that experience. The positives, there was a variety of breakfast options and several restaurants to walk to around the hotel. They let us check in early without charge and booked a taxi for us. It was in walking distance from the Galaxie venue which we were there for.

Decent hotel with good parking possibilites
Room was nice, tidy and fairly spacious. The area around the hotel had a casino and several affordable restaurants. Breakfast was 3/5 and my largest criticism was that the shower water temperature went low after few minutes which made it impossible to have a nice warm bath, since my room had a bath tube.

Great staff
Really nice hotel with wonderful staff. They couldn’t do enough to help and were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning which made loud noises and had to move rooms after the second night when the problem couldn’t be fixed. It is a shame there is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty to chose from in the area. Overall, an excellent stay.

Checked in at 1630. Very friendly host behind the desk. He spoke excellent English & was very helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. If you're hungry, try "Restaraunt Dubrovnik". It's right across the parking lot. Great food, good prices & excellent service.

Nice Hotel in a Casino & Tourism environment
The Hotel is very nice, modern and clean, adjacent to a large Casino and in the middle of a winter-sports tourism area. In winter, the location would be perfect, but in summer it looks somehow strange and out of place. In darkness the place is quite difficult to find and there is no decent GPS address listed.

GREAT SPA BUT BEDS WERE HARD
WE stayed four nights in the area due to work in Luxembourg. The room service/cleaning was very very slow and one day not at all. The beds were very hard - but the spa treatment - couples massage - was super fantastic. Breakfast was also good but disappointed with the variety and level of restaurants. We would come back but book another type of room with a better and bigger bed !

Stayed here as i had business meeting locally. The hotel itself was actually very hard to find, took me a good 30 mins of driving around a 1 way system, it has a casino on the ground floor of the hotel which is not immediate obvious when booking, this made it hard to find when i was looking around the area. As the hotel was not sign posted, but the casino was?. The hotel is on a retail/amusement park. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and modern. Room was spacious and well equipped. Beds a little small though. Complementary water and juice in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast is chargeable, and i paid for it. A problem though is, its starts from 7am (quite late for a hotel really), i got down there for just after 7am as i had to leave by 7.30 to make my meeting. And unfortunately none of the hot food had been put out yet, so i was stuck with a very costly bowl of cereal.

The only place to stay at in Amneville
An excellent hotel in Amneville. In fact, the ONLY real hotel there! Charming personnel, excellent administration. I was expecting a small town hotel but was received at an excellent facility.

Best tourist hotel of the area
Amneville is a Tourist Area with concerts, Water slides, spas, amusement parks. This hotel is probably the best in the area clean and efficient. Frank at the Bar works all night preparing wonderful drinks and conversation

Staff was very polite and kept asking if there was anything else they could do to make stay more comfortable. Amenities in the room was well planned to add comfort. Very very nice!!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Personal war Mega freundlich, aber leider wurde kein Deutsch gesprochen, obwohl es laut Internetseite dort gesprochen wird. Zum Glück hat Englisch funktioniert.
