The owner is a very kind and caring host, I felt very welcomed upon arrival. The shared kitchen, washroom and laundry facility was a great addition to make it feel more than just a room. The other guest staying at the time, were very friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend staying here as it is also right downtown and within walking distance to local shopping and some great food options.

Yes it may be a terrible experience for you as well as the other guests because you were violating the House rules. Running up and down and making a big noise in the midnight disturbing the other guests. We always have to think about our loyal guests and their protection. We have the videos recorded in our security cameras but according to the regulations of Expedia, we can't publish them.

Owner was very nice. I didn't expect the bathroom to be out of the room. I enjoyed the room, but I think there was a lavender odour and my one grandchild has sensory issues so it was problematic for them, but myself and my other grandchild enjoyed it. Although we didn't use it, there was a lovely jug of water and glasses awaiting us.

Thank you Cynthia, In the description we have mentioned that the bathroom is shared. I am sorry if you had any issue with that. However we clean it every day twice with hospital grade cleaning products that are not allergic. Yes all the rooms are refreshed with Natural Aromatherapy Lavender oils. They are not allergic and we treat allergies with aroma therapy at our Holistic health center effectively. We hope you didn't get any issues related to the lavender smell.If anything went wrong I apologize. Your review helps me to correct certain issues. Thanks again
