I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. « When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. »

« Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night.. »

« room was large and clean. Starbucks on site. no shop for snacks except for a few chips and some essentials in starbucks, vendingg machine with snacks available. parking convenient. staffvery friendly. »

« I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience! »

« We had to wait for over an hour for our room. And it had 2 beds both of the comforters were stained bad. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept or mopped. Only had 1 towel and couldn’t get more. We had to pay extra to get to the concert cause of the wait to get in our room. We paid over $300 for this room when it is usually $85. And the morning we are checking out the manager only said they would refund $60 for the problems and was very unhelpful. »

« This was about the only room that wasn’t so priced jacked for a concert. It was still way overpriced for what it was. The room was overall clean but definitely not kept up. The pool was disgusting so definitely could not have even used that had we been able to. In a pinch it’s an ok place but not some place I would seek out. »
