"Check-in was instructions by phone which way unexpected as we were traveling abroad. "The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this day. There was no alternative solution or compensation offered. I was not happy with this stay. "
