The staff go above and beyond doing little things to help us feel welcome (my mom gets cold easily and they provided an electric heater for our room to make sure she was comfy). The breakfast is truly top-notch- every morning there is a variety of selection. You can approach the cook and request an omelet and they'll make it however you like. The breakfast also provides healthy homemade juices. The interior of the room I stayed was clean and spacious. I enjoyed my time up in the 18th floor where I worked out in their gym. Their gym has every equipment you can imagine to help you stay fit and in shape. They also have a lovely hang out spot on the roof top by the pool as well as various hang out spots in the lobby. The manager Oscar cares deeply about providing people with a good experience- they all do and this makes for a wonderful and relaxing experience.
