This spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms, 2 futons, and 2 reclinable couches. With 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Outdoor kitchen and seating area with pergola, Please note that there will be an additional charge if you need us to provide tablecloths. Additionally, all guests are required to leave the property by 1:00 AM when having an event in our Venue. Only those who rented the property are permitted to remain in the house after this time. Equipped with 60 chairs, and tables, setup is a breeze. Whether you prefer to style the space yourself or bring in professional designers, this venue is ready to shine.

Have fun in the dedicated game room featuring a foosball table, air hockey, and a PlayStation console. Loaded with Boardgames so you will never go bored.  
  
Outdoors  
Fully equipped outdoor cooking area with a grill and blacktop under a covered pergola.  
Relax in the luxurious jacuzzi or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings.  
Family-friendly activities include a basketball net, soccer goal, and swing set.  
  
Maximo & Aquiles  
Make your event or photoshoot unforgettable with our stunning horses! Available for an additional fee. Let us know if you're interested during booking for more details.

There is a mobile home in the same property, our maintenance guy lives on that property. He will not bother you at all, you won't even know he is there.
