"Clean room, food very nice, staff friendly "

"This is absolutely the most wonderful place to stay! There is a shared kitchen and dining room that has everything one would need to make a nice meal! From 8-11 each day, yogurt, bread, pastries, milk, coffee, juice and more is offered. Honestly so many offerings it’s hard to describe. The property is very clean and the hosts are so thoughtful and nice! The pool is perfect and the jacuzzi serene!"

"The whole hotel experience was fantastic. Such a calm and relaxing hotel in general. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The breakfast was incredible, with a whole host of options and also freshly made to order food. The spa facilities were great and such good value for money considering it is included with the booking. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I will be sure to be booking again when I plan to be in Portimao."

"Excellent location to the old town, restaurants, marina and beach. The staff at reception and cleaning were pleasant and very helpful. The only draw back is the dated furniture which needs updating. It is definitely better to park outdoors than the garage which is very tight to get out. "

"Very enjoyable stay but the bed was small for two older adults and a bit uncomfortable. Also the Hob had issues, as it would come up with "h" for all burners as soon as we turned it on at the breaker. Sometimes we could only get one burner to work at a time but it was random which ones would work. I researched the "h" and it's supposed to come on when a burner is hot but we would see it as soon as we turned on the breaker. They asked us to always turn off the breaker after using it for some odd reason. Also the towel rack temperature knob was broken, which we were informed of on arrival. All that said, great location and generally comfortable accommodation."

"Good value stay overall but food - breakfasts were left out too long so if having late breakfast things dry, chewy and overcooked under the lamps - try put less out, more often. Evening meals no fresh made meats e.g steaks made, just 'hot pot' style food in large oven dishes - they were OK but have had better in other all inclusive resorts. Rooms overall bed comfy and soundproof OK from outside noise but doors don't have auto/slow close so all slammed shut causing loud noise, especially when people came to the room very late or left very early. Otherwise very friendly staff, clean, modern and I will definitely look to stay here again when I return to Algarve. Thank you. "
