"My family arrived on the later side of the evening. We were exhausted from traveling and wanted nothing more than to get some sleep. Unfortunately, they gave us a room on the first floor. Close enough to the lobby that we heard every kid crying, family talking, door closing like it was in our room. The walls are THIN. The worst part of the stay was the beds. They were HARD and uncomfortable. I might as well have slept on the floor. Even the kids were complaining the next day that they were sore from the beds. Luckily we only stayed one night. They seemed to have a lot of nice amenities, but I cannot speak to them. We did not use any. They failed at the most important piece of a hotel stay, a comfortable night's rest. I wouldn't stay here again. "

Every detail—from the linens to the amenities—added to the feeling of indulgence and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or valet, every interaction was seamless and welcoming. The location is another major plus. Being in the heart of Houston’s Museum District made it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions, parks, and cultural spots, all within a short distance. "
