"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."

Local managers are responsive and helpful when we asked about pool temperature (too cold to use most days), beach towels (locked up and unavailable), bike condition (broken and un usable). "Quiet and peaceful with plenty of room for our family time in north central Portugal. Beautiful Nazare harbor views - hear the waves crashing on the beach each morn.
