"Plan on a LOUD experience in your room. We were woken by slamming doors in the hallways all morning and both mornings starting at 5am. We could also hear every word our neighbors were speaking in their own room next door. When we needed more time to check out to rest due to this, we were charged a late check out fee. Even though it was a Tuesday and the hotel was not even close to being full. On a better note, the grounds are beautiful and location great near the river and parks, and all the restaurant staff was lovely, especially Luci. "

"I have repeatedly asked to have the sound on the TV turned off in the breakfast room. They act like I'm an idiot. I walked to the three surrounding hotels. They all had the sound off. I doubt that I will return."
