Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park. We built our own snowball battle field and sledding track. The property was not too far from Soda Springs Ski resort and Sugar Bowl. « Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch! »

« Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

« This house was great! Nicely furnished, warm, cozy, but big and spacious too, with basically two living rooms, each with a fire place. Plenty of room, fantastic kitchen, wish we had had more time to cook some lovely meals. Easy to get to and locate, still close enough to Nevada City, but felt like we were secluded even though on a neighborhood road. House had everything we needed and was peaceful. Amazing home and we would choose this house to stay again next time we are in the area for sure! »

« We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful. »

"Prendre cet hotel c'est etre a 40 km d'une ville. C'est paye si vous voulez un frigo et pas de petit dejeuner. Donc je déconseille vivement. Je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas la note de 9 sur 10..."
