Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort

"The location was excellent, and we absolutely loved Waterton and the surrounding area. The city itself was beautiful and made the stay worthwhile. However, there were a few issues with the hotel that were disappointing. There was no elevator, which made accessing the room inconvenient, especially with luggage. Our room was also not cleaned the following day. No one checked with us to see if we needed basic supplies such as coffee, cups, or fresh towels, and the garbage was not emptied either. Even if we did not specifically request housekeeping, I would have expected the basic daily services to be provided or at least for someone to check whether anything was needed. Overall, we loved the location and Waterton itself, but the lack of basic housekeeping and guest service took away from the overall experience."

"Unfortunately it rained during our entire time here but we still really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place, and we plan on staying here again next time we are in town. Thanks:)"
