Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious and comfortable. The spa facilities was luxury and wonderful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Free parking!!!

Great place, great location!

The breakfast was really good, everyone was very nice and helpful, a bit of a language barrier but overall highly recommend. Rooms were clean and cozy, nice to have a balcony and plenty of room. Bathrooms are very nice and clean! Worth every penny!

Beautiful little hotel with lovely rooms. The breakfast was excellent and I can’t say enough about the staff. They are what made this an exceptional experience. The woman who took care of us at breakfast was so kind, so efficient and a delight. I’m afraid I didn’t get her name. What made this property for me was the presence of Ulriue. Beautiful traditional German hotel. The Pool and Saunas are awesome. Make sure you book your parking when you make your reservation.

Location, room , bed

Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was top quality and great variety. Location is perfect

Pool was not onsite and we had to go to another hotel which was not what we were expecting, but it was a Mild inconvenience for the quality and creative design of the hotel Staff was super nice and well situated close to the Main Street

Beautiful place to stay and relax, not the best for transit as it is an hour for a bus

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean and you are a short walk to a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains and the main trail that leads to Castle Neuschwanstein. Staff will even arrange for your tickets at the castle with a specific time so you know ahead of time when to head up and avoid long waits.
