"Check-in was all electronic and a little confusing after a long tiring drive but we had no major issues. We programmed our own key cards and managed to work the private underground parking. The apartment was clean, quiet and lovely, and in a fabulous location. The town is beautiful. It was dog friendly and we even had our own small grassy terrace for morning “wee-wees”. Would definitely stay again if we ever return."

"A very clean and well presented hotel, with easy parking. However, the room we booked was not available on the day of arrival and the replacement was disappointing. It was at the front of the hotel which suffered from road noise and was over 30’C at night, trying to sleep was almost impossible. It was not clear that breakfast was not included, overall very disappointing especially when compared to the following three hotels we stayed at."

"We stopped in Salzburg for one night on our trip to Vienna and wished we had stayed for two! The hotel was located walking distance from centre, Mozart residence and Mirabellplatz and gardens as well as the bridge across Salzach River to explore Old Town Town and Fortress. Our room was very spacious with amazing water pressure in the shower, ac, and a very comfortable king size bed. View was nice. Small treats on pillows and cool water bottle and fridge were appreciated. Staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly and super quick! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we are back in Salzburg ️again :)"
"The room was very good on inside but was classed as a deluxe room which in my opinion it wasn’t . There were 3 parts entrance , bedroom and bathroom which was almost like the got 3 cupboards together to make a room .
The windows looked out onto a space that had some sort of netting and was filthy when looking out the windows. Had I known that was room I was paying for i wouldn’t have booked there . All pictures of deluxe room on imlauer site and Expedia never showed a room of that layout and outlook. Very disappointed"
"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property.
The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good.
Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."
