Staff at the hotel are very good. Receptionist, operators, servers are all polite, helpful and friendly. As a three star hotel, it is highly satisfactory. Buffet breakfast that was included was good, they even serve REAL freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The guests put the real oranges to the big juicing machine and will get his/her glass of fresh OJ. Great! I did not go for the demi pension (half board) because I wanted to try other restaurants outside the hotel which was okay. You could always have your dinner at the hotel if you reserve a space in the morning. Room was a bit small but still acceptable. Carpets could be cleaner but beddings were very clean and tidy. Mattresses were firm enough because I cannot stand soft beds at all. Very very close to the slope, just need to walk for 1 minute to the ski lift Bécoin. Easy access to the ski rental Twinner. The staff there are also friendly and helpful. Hotel guests get a 20% discount which is great! Runs were excellent at La Plagne. Paradiski was quite far away but worth going! I went to Courchevel after La Plagne; honestly speaking, if you look for a nice family ski trip without the tourists and the glitzy people etc... go for La Plagne. Courchevel is ta bit run down, too touristy, too many beginners, everything is just too crowded and too expensive.
