"Beautiful boutique hotel facing the Dolomites Mountains with large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, wooden floors, a fun terrace, large and comfortable bathroom, underground parking, laundry room for laundry and drying.
The hotel charges EUR 7 per night for cleaning the room when leaving, it would be fair if they explained at the reception of the room what this cleanliness includes to match expectation"
"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."
"La struttura è nuovissima e molto ben ristrutturata. Camere ampie e con cucina dotata di ogni attrezzatura compresa la lavastoviglie. Distante 900 metri dall'impianto di risalita di Daolasa, da un noleggio biciclette e dalla scuola di rafting.
Personale e proprietari disponibili e gentili."
"La struttura è carina. Purtroppo siamo stati sistemati nella dependance senza preavviso rendendoci impossibile l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre la camera era ghiacciata poiché si erano dimenticati di accendere il riscaldamento. Il vitto non di qualità e neanche di quantità. La sera, se rimaneva mezza bottiglia di vino, spariva, obbligandoti a prenderne un’altra. Il paese non offre nulla."

4/5 Good
Great service and room
"The service was too notch and the room was very clean.
The gentleman at the front desk (Milio I believe?) recommended some great restaurants and was able to order can rides with minimal wait time.
Great experience. "
"The staff at the Chalet Brenta were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The room was spacious and clean.
I will stay here again should I return to Madonna di Campiglio. "

"Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access. "

"Everything is nice here. I just have one complaint. There weren't a lot of sugar-free or vegan options for breakfast. The coffee was good though. Thank goodness coffee is sugar-free and vegan. They had a container with a good muesli at the top. But the bottom was filled with sugared flakes. So when I tried to fill my bowl, only the sugar flakes came out. More coffee..."
