"Beautiful property with incredible views. Unfortunately our experience was poor. We were told that the property was not open and he should’ve canceled (it was low season). We were also told we should’ve called direct as we paid too much booking online. But the topper was that we were promised breakfast but no one ever showed (we were the only ones there). No explanation. No message, nothing. We left and did not hear anything until after I sent a message hours later. Since we had to catch the ferry we had no chance to have breakfast until we were aboard (no place was open around the property). If I had heard an apology from the host first I would not be writing this review but I did not care for the way we were treated."

"The house was great. It was cold while we were there and the house was nice and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It’s located in a quiet rural area and there is a small convenience store close by that had all we needed to pick up for our stay. We enjoyed the beach walks. We saw seals, starfish, crabs, & even a couple of foxes on the property. Check in was a breeze. We would love to stay there in the summer sometime. It would be the perfect summer beach house. The bed was firmer than we are used to but we slept great and it’s not uncomfortable. We enjoyed being able to see the beach sitting in bed in the morning! Absolutely loved the place."

"This small but very accommodating cottage looked like a lot of small cottages , until…..we opened the door. The cottage was beautifully appointed and chocked full of visual wonders. Lots and lots of wonderful plants and a collection of artwork and figurines, so much so that I’m sure I didn’t see every one. Everywhere you looked you saw something you had previously missed. Everything required to have small intimate meals was available for use. The grounds and the path to a small river were lovely. 120 sq. ft. of pure joy."

"This is a wonderful property that exceeds its online profile. While it was just the two of us, this lovely and comfortable house is well equipped, and could easily accommodate two families. The oceanfront on Spry Point is fabulous and the quiet beach is right there at the edge of the property. The location is great for venturing out anywhere on the eastern side of PEI. Spectacular Greenwich National Park, a must see, is only 35 minutes away. Our hosts, Robin and Dave were extremely easy to work with and and promptly answered all of our questions."

"Cottage was very clean and comfortable. When we weren't out exploring the island, we enjoyed the peace and quiet on the back porch with the view of the sea. Thank you,Tammy, for the local goodies. They were a treat. My only suggestion would be to have written instructions at the house with the Wi-Fi password. We struggled to find it, and without CP service outside the US, we had no way to contact anyone to answer our questions."

"A lovely little house, with views of the Northumberland Strait which you can sit and look at from a screened deck area - so you are mosquito free. It is off the beaten track at a quiet area of the island but it is so beautiful. Within walking distance of a small beach and driving distance to so many more!"
