"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"Truly rural getaway holiday home. Amazing views all around. Everything we needed in the house. Spiral staircase a little challenging but we were aware of that before we booked. Definately need a car for getting around but we loved the peace and quiet and lots of great places to visit easily accessible. Would recommend"

"Even though the weather wasn’t brilliant during our stay we had a wonderful time. The accommodation is true to description and ideal for a couple and the surroundings are truly beautiful. "The tower was absolutely beautiful and very unique, the craftsmanship was phenomenal and it was a lovely place to stay for a night. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool or other facilities but the owner Louise was very nice and the menu offered sounded delicious, although I ended up just getting some fresh eggs from the chickens on the grounds. It seemed really well situated and all in all we couldn't fault it, although my one comment would be that a small air conditioner upstairs would be...

"Ideal setting for couples and families, with games and swings to play on.The views from the gite are wonderful. Great for activities, biking, walking and water sports or just relax outside. Only a few kilometres from a village with shops, and easy access to local places of interest and towns within a short distance. The gite was well equipped and the owner very amenable."
