"We loved this house at alligator point! The deck with the covered seating area felt like an additional room and it was really nice to be right on the water. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets! Hosts were very accommodating."

"The Spotted Grouper provided the perfect get away! The bungalow is spotlessly clean, has everthing one could possibly need to feel at home, well positioned in a quiet friendly neighborhood, and located in and near a nature preserve area. We highly recommend staying here. We explored the natural areas, including the gulf in a 16' canoe. So much wildlife to enjoy. Fishing, bird watching, cooking and enjoying each others company filled our days. Never turned on the tv or radio. A total escape from the rat race! We enjoyed the outdoor shower, grilled on the Weber, and relaxed in the screen porch. We hope to return next year. Sheree, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She was so kind and helpful. She even gave us fishing bait suggestions."

"What a wonderful place! Had everything we needed for our group of eight. Plenty of furniture, dishes, etc. Great view of the Gulf from the screened porch. We are already thinking about our trip back next year.Also, for every question I had the host responded quickly."

"We had the best time at Shifting Sands!! The decks on the front and the back of the house are amazing! We spent a lot of time on both of them! The view from inside of the house was incredible and we couldn't get enough of it! The house was very comfortable and very spacious. We loved the layout. Everything was just as expected! We enjoyed long walks on the beach and watching the birds and the dolphins! Josh was an excellent host and we really appreciated him."

"Our stay at this home was truly wonderful! The host was exceptional—kind, attentive, and communicative. While some amenities were intermittent, the host went above and beyond to resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool couldn't be cleaned, which limited its use during our stay. It would have been helpful to have a backup pool maintenance option. Despite this, the overall experience was amazing, and we would definitely consider renting this home again! "

"This property is exactly as advertised. It is true "old Florida". The house was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. It is set up to be comfortable and there was everything that we needed . The bed linens and towels were good quality and there were plenty of towels provided. In all, the physical set up was great. The area and the view from the back deck are beautiful and SO peaceful. Birds singing and mullet splashing in the water are the primary sounds that are heard. It is very relaxing. The host is easily available to answer questions. We are planning a return trip."
