The room was quite hot, even on a cool day, and were it not for the ability to open the window and use a fan (already in the room) it would have been very comfortable. The condition of the room - new and clean - was very good. »

« We received a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spotless and had quality bed/bedding etc. Also had a spacious, well appointed bathroom. We had an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here. All the food was first class and everyone who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. »

« Standard of Hotel is high and loved communal Lounge and kitchen but did miss having personal contact as no reception. Had booked a Standard double with a Court yard view to find there was no such view as window had opaque glass also very disappointed to find window sealed so unable to have any fresh air into room so no natural ventilation .A fan is provided but not the same. Would stay again but only if a room with natural ventilation was available. I do believe this should be made clear in...

« The rooms are clean, but not very spacious, toilet a tight area, that said the Bar area is very nice, food is great with a lot of choice, it’s also great to see somewhere that has atmosphere. »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. « 5 stars isn’t enough for Eastdale B&B. The property is immaculate. Liz is an exemplary host. The breakfast was excellent and was all quality ingredients. Parking is easy. I travel extensively for business and Eastdale B&B is the best accommodation I have stayed in for a very long time. »
