"A charming little boutique hotel. Great character, clean and well maintained. I wish the menu in the bar was a bit more extensive, both in food and spirits. I wish there was more consistent hot water when I took a shower. But there were a lot of people at the property for a conference and old pipes. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some seemed inconvenienced by their job. That was a bummer. "

"the linens were not as fresh as to be expected from such a property. everything else was fine. but solely based on the cleanliness issue i do not recommend it. it's a deal breaker. staff were super nice. amenities are good. price is good. but i am sure i will never use the location nor take a chance on the chain again. "

"The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked. "
