Beautiful property.. Great staff!! Everyone was very helpful and nice. Food and drinks were priced fairly.. which is more than can be said about the room rate! Crazy that locals get a price break and they make the non residents bend over ! Sure would like to understand that logic. The tram to 7 glaciers is a must if you stay there !

Staff very helpful and polite, outside premises beautiful. Rooms somewhat dated, not thoroughly cleaned. Premises felt very safe. Be aware no pool or hot tub (which is clearly evident if you look at amenities but may be assumed being a lodge/resort)

We absolutely loved our stay at the Highland Glen Lodge. What a beautiful property; what tremendous hosts (and delicious meals) and what a wonderful way to spend a few days in beautiful Alaska!
