### SA XIGALA - Rustic villa with private pool and free Wi-Fi

This fantastic villa in the heart of Mallorca welcomes 6 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday.   
The exteriors of this beautiful house invite you to take a refreshing dip on the hottest summer days thanks to the salt swimming pool, which measures 8.5 metres in width and 4.5 metres in width, with a depth of between 1.40 and 2.10 metres. You can sunbathe on the various sun loungers around the pool. In the evening, the large porch becomes the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable dinners in the open air, prepared on the barbecue.   
  
Moving into the rustic interior, spread over two floors, the bright, air-conditioned living room is ideal for relaxing in the evening or watching movies in company on the Smart TV. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to cook during your stay and connects to the dining room where you can all sit together and enjoy the delicious dishes. When it's time to sleep, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, one of them with a double bed and the other two with a single bed. To finish off the first floor there is a full bathroom with a whirlpool bath. At the top of the stairs, there is a second room with two sofas that leads to the fourth bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, the house offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron for your use during your stay.   
  
Algaida is a charming village in Mallorca that combines the tranquillity of rural life with the proximity to beautiful beaches such as Cala Blava, Cala Pi and the emblematic Es Trenc, just 20 minutes away by car. With its stone streets, rich local gastronomy and artisan tradition, it is the ideal place to enjoy Mallorcan authenticity while being within easy reach of the crystal clear waters and paradisiacal coves of the Mediterranean. Its ideal location makes it a perfect destination for exploring different parts of Mallorca.  
  
 Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

Points faibles : Propreté

It has badly started as the house was not cleaned at all. We had to clean and then they sent back the cleaners. Fine…but not cool at all. Nevertheless The location is convenient as you are not far from many things. My notes is lower as the price is quite high for the services you get: the owner are in an house just across the pool (it should be disclosed even if the owners are nice and offered some vegetables during the stay), the pool was not cleaned enough by the swimming pool services despite several requests, the renting agency is not answering on time (by way of example they never replied on the gas for the bbq), you need to bring the trash by yourself’s but the address given to us by Homerti after a request by email was far and not open during weekend but you need to remove the trash before leaving…in other words we had to find places by ourselves… it will be nice to provide a booklet with all these issues (gas for bbq, trash, tv, doctors nearby…) - if it was one of the first time the owners put the house on Abritel via Homerti, Homerti should have helped them to facilitate the guest stay for these kind of issues… overall no big issues, but I think the price was too high for the house
