The accommodation was well placed for restaurants. We enjoyed a visit to Grill & Chill just up the street.
It was also close to the green line metro.
The lack of a lift in building wasn't great as we were in the top floor. It was 86 steps from the front door to our room.
The air-conditioning was really good and very welcome after a day sightseeing.
The room/apartment showed signs of wear and tear that needs addressed.
That all said, we were using it as a base and didn't spend very long in the room.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

"The hotel is is located on one of the narrow streets of the Alfama. Right inthe hart of it. The little tram stop. Is right next to the hotel door. The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very helpful."
