We arrived late just before midnight. It was really tricky to find the hotel even with 3 brand of gps (35mn kept turning around the area). A lot of construction around it will make almost impossible to access. The room was not ready to accommodate 4 of us, even though we booked for 4\. I asked for a second room so the kids can sleep straight away and the manager tried to sell it double the price. At the end I had to book it in a rush with Expedia before midnight at $116, when it was on their website at 70\. And the manager kept asking for 150 !!! Finally the manager was so rude that he pretended to give the kids free breakfast while I booked the first room with breakfast for the 4 of us. It is also quite hard to find the entrance unless you know to stop at the guarded gate with no signs. Also Uber to get there is cheap but taxi to get back, Uber is not allowed past the gate, is 3x the Uber cost. HOTEL was very clean and the genaral staff was very very nice and helpful. The only two staff members that were not helpful were one of the receptionist lady that I asked her where can i get some change for a 100 pound bill and where can I exchange some US dollars and she (rudely) answered me (I don't know). An answer that should never come out of a receptionist of a reputable Hotel like Radisson blu. Same answer came from the concierge on the counter next to the reception area.
