J'ai réglé la totalité de ma facture sur le site Hotels.com mais l'hôtel a refusé de me donner la chambre. Il me réclamait de payer en liquide. Sans l'aide de Hotels.com je n'aurais jamais eu ma chambre. »

« Room spotless, very courteous and helpful staff. Amazing view from windows (though they could do with a bit clean, provided of course it's safe to do so as the room is on the 15th floor). The hotel is bit hard to find as there's no sign on the front of the building although the hotel does try to contact the guest on the day of check-in to help locating the hotel. Good tv with some English channels. It would be nice to have a soap dish holder in the shower. Overall a nice experience, I recommend...

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. Petit déjeuner et déjeuner correct et bon. repas (plusieurs choix : sandwichs, pâtes, pizza, salades...) piscine et jacuzzi sympa. chambre énorme avec salon. jolie vue de la plage (pas loin 500 mètres). mais difficile de trouver car c'est en plein désert (sans magasins, etc...) c'est vide, c'est très calme, environ à 15 km de l'aéroport de Borg Al Arab.... (50 km d'Alexandrie) faut payer entre 60 à 100 Livres egyptiennes (il faut utiliser Uber pour payer moins cher)... Wifi un...

"le service demandé avant mon arrivé (airport transportation service), jamais reçu une réponse. Le règlement a été effectué avant arrivée, mais, à cause de mauvaise communication entre l'hôtel et prestataire, je ne pouvais pas partir de l'hôtel et j'étais en retour d'une réunion importante avec mes clients pour 1h... quel catastrophe !!! "Mon séjour à Alexandrie a été absolument parfait grâce à cet hôtel exceptionnel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une gentillesse incroyables, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout le personnel est d’une bienveillance rare, toujours souriant, disponible et attentionné. Je tiens à adresser un immense merci à Yousra, Imen et Mahmoud, les housekeepers de notre étage, pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leurs petites attentions quotidiennes. Grâce à eux, notre chambre était toujours impeccable et pleine de bonnes ondes. Un grand merci également à la personne de l’accueil (je crois qu’il s’appelait Ali) qui nous a reçus à notre arrivée et s’est occupé de notre check-in avec une grande amabilité et un professionnalisme exemplaire. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour cette ambiance conviviale et authentique, on sent qu’ils aiment leur travail et qu’ils ont à cœur de rendre le séjour des clients inoubliable. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Alexandrie !"
