« The first thing I noticed was how clean the property was. You walk in and it smells like a new house. The second thing I noticed was how cozy the home itself was. It felt like being home. The kayaks were absolutely awesome and the porch was great to sit at in the morning after making coffee at the fantastic all you need coffee bar and reading the Bible. « The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices and any cleaning supplies you might need. the host was very attentive and even let me know ahead of time about yard work that was going to be done. My stay went very well and I was very pleased with everything. »

« It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not. »

« This place was great, we were able to stay close to the ARK and not too far from the Creation museum. It was very clean and well maintained, and it was prefect for our family of 4 with plenty of room. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The kitchen and air conditioning were also very nice and we experienced no issues while visiting. »

« Quaint, adorable, comfortable, peaceful, serene - this little house is so well done, the hosts clearly care about and have put a LOT of care and effort into creating and maintaining such a treasured find. « This location is perfect if you're interested in a secluded and quiet getaway. I do not think we heard a vehicle the entire time we were there. If you are a walker or a biker, the bike path is directly in the back yard. The small town of Loveland is close enough that food can be ordered and delivered quickly by many different places. The home has all the amenities that someone would need, including a washer and dryer. Very cute and very clean three-bedroom home. We had a wonderful stay. ...
