« Location is the only reason the scores were this high. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There was dog hair on the couch, dirty floors in areas, black specs on the sheets, cheap finishes, dishwasher didn’t work, walls were paper thin, bedroom outlets didn’t work at all, and we booked a different room altogether. Location was amazing. »

« Our stay was very disappointing due to the condition of the home upon arrival. Cleanliness was a major issue—floors were dirty, and under the beds appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time.There were also several functional problems. The lower-level refrigerator was not working, which is a major inconvenience for a group of seven staying a full week. « This is by far the ideal location for a DC stay. Coming back to a peaceful local after touring in the busy city, taking advantage of the free King Street Trolley, grabbing a nice late night snack at nearby restaurants, and the ease of accessing the Metro across the street is amazingly convenient. I would choose to stay here above any other location whenever I have the opportunity to visit DC. »
