"The front desk staff were five star and very professional. The room is clean, but it had a musky smell and was very dated. I guess if you’re always full, you don’t really need to worry about renovating, but it’s on the edge of being a little too old and time renovate. A few sheets of drywall, and some paint would make a great difference."

"We had an overnight stay at the Coast to visit family in the area. The location of the hotel is good for accessing shopping and is clean and well maintained. The only thing that could use improvement is the room carpet. The carpet was in good condition and not stained but it did have an odour. That is not uncommon in carpeted rooms in a humid climate. The room was large and comfortable and quiet for the amount of street traffic at this location. We would stay at this location again."

"The hotel over all was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for us. The only issue was the hotel was full and the hotel did not prepare for this?! At breakfast the buffet was always missing key items, like eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc.There was a wait and items got cold until the next batch came out. The staff was working very hard to accommodate but just couldn’t keep up. More staff was required. Then we tried to go to the hot tub at night and there was a sign to get towels at the front desk and when we went we were told to take our room towels and get fresh towels in the morning. However we wanted dry fresh towels for our shower in the morning. The hot tub was full of young kids (which is great to see families enjoying themselves) but no room for us even if we had towels. So we did not use the hot tub and it was one of the reasons we booked this property. "
