This beautiful villa is located in the area of ​​Bonaire, is located very close to the old walled city of Alcudia.

The beautiful beach of 'Mal Pas', the extensive and sandy beaches of Alcudia bay and the famous golf course in Aucananda are within easy driving distance. The north of the island offers many attractions, apart from sandy beaches and the sea as a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. throughout the year. The villa with a well-kept garden has 5 bedrooms, three singles and two doubles, 3 bathrooms one of them en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and the private pool (8x4 meters) surrounded by a wonderful garden.



Distribution

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area.

When leaving the kitchen is the room, very bright and comfortable, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace. Ample doors open onto a shaded porticoed terrace.

On the ground floor right next to the living room there is a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with single beds, one with en suite bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and a cot, has its own terrace and stunning views of the mountain, garden and pool. It's nice to wake up with these views. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
