The beautiful beach of 'Mal Pas', the extensive and sandy beaches of Alcudia bay and the famous golf course in Aucananda are within easy driving distance. The north of the island offers many attractions, apart from sandy beaches and the sea as a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. throughout the year. The villa with a well-kept garden has 5 bedrooms, three singles and two doubles, 3 bathrooms one of them en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and the private pool (8x4 meters) surrounded by a wonderful garden. Distribution On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area. When leaving the kitchen is the room, very bright and comfortable, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace. Ample doors open onto a shaded porticoed terrace. On the ground floor right next to the living room there is a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with single beds, one with en suite bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and a cot, has its own terrace and stunning views of the mountain, garden and pool. It's nice to wake up with these views. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning. Amenities and services: Swimming pool, garden, parking, kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher iron, hair dryer, internet, barbecue, air conditioning. Note 1\. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2\. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3\. Check-out time is 10:00\. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00\. Note 4\. It has a big swimming pool & beautiful garden. Lots of sun beds. Villa looks like it needs some renovation as is looking tired & musty smelling in kitchen. The road driving down to the villa would be too narrow for a mini bus as it was very tight with a 4x4\. We had a lovely stay. ##### Richard F. We loved it. Perfect for parents with small kids as lots of things to do on the property. We have had the pleasure of having our vacations in this wonderful Villa. We were 7 adults and 3 children. The villa has been very comfortable and spacious. All well equipped bedrooms, the kitchen too. What we enjoyed the most was the exterior, the pool, the rest areas and especially the garden, bbq. Placed just 5 minutes walking to Alcudia and with very nice views to Serra de Tramuntana. Classic rustical construction decorated in a rustical mediterranean way with all necessary requirments, from kitchen hardware to garden furnitures. The garden is even nicer than in pictures and swiming pool is gorgeous because of its construction and surrounding. The house was perfectly clean and neat as well as garden and swiming pool. Die Villa ist zwar schön aber es müffelt extrem nach alte Möbel und als hätte man es nie gelüftet ich würde als Tipp geben das man bevor es bewohnt wird Tage lang lüften sollte, und über die Bettwäsche habe ich mich beschwert ebenso Handtücher es waren überall Haare von fremden in jeder Farbe blond braun rot Sauberkeit ist echt nicht wie es sein sollte, aber für den Preis braucht man nicht großartig etwas zu erwarten. The +ves = by far the pool and garden are the best elements. The grass is so much better than tiles around the pool. Joan who welcomed us was so helpful. A 15-20 minutes level ground walk to Alcudia old town where there are buses to anywhere on the island. The -ves = the single fridge is too small for the size of villa and number of people. Check out is 10am and if you have a late flight there is no facility to leave your luggage. First impressions were very good and were proved correct as the fortnight progressed. The kitchen was well equipped including a large fridge freezer, the entire villa was exceptionally clean and we found there to be individual air conditioning units in the living area and in all five bedrooms which proved to be very welcome in 30+C temperatures. We had a towel and linen change mid-holiday. The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained and proved to be the focal point for all, especially the five children, the garden was watered every day, there were fresh lemons in the orchard free to pick daily. In addition we were given a huge complimentary bowl of fruit and, individual toiletries in each bathroom and swimming towels for our use at the pool. The location is excellent, virtually perfect seclusion and quiet but just a short ten minute walk from the old town, a five minute drive to the nearest well stocked supermarket and a 10 minute drive to the busy beach at the Port and close to various beautiful sandy coves. We were there with our son and daughter and families including five grandchildren and for us this was the perfect family holiday. Thanks to Lenka and Joan for their efficient pre-holiday correspondence and on-site advice. Dated and old furniture Villa was clean and lots of space. Grounds were lovely - clean pool, fruit tree orchard and grape vines made it authentically Spanish country style. The furniture, oven, BBQ and bathrooms were old and shabby, but we expected this. It was priced accordingly, so we felt it was fine. The track/road to the villa is very narrow - pretty stone walls line it. We had a Renault Espace 7 person vehicle. Two turns were tricky and there was only 10 cm gap both sides in parts. However, we all managed to drive it with no scratches - just go slow or hire a smalller vehicle. We also walked into Old Town Alcudia (10 mins), Alcudia Port (25 mins) and the very clear and pretty bays Platja da Sant Pere and playa de Sant Joan, 15 mins walk. Both have sand and crystal clear sea to swim in. We had a really lovely stay here - imagine you are staying in the home of an elderly Catalonian or Spanish relative and you will understand the vibe. Stayed 7 nights in Apr 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### COLETTE G., France May 4, 2018 #### Très belle propriété bien équipée et confortable La chambre du bas et sa salle de bains sont un peu petites et la douche étroite ( à réserver aux enfants) La présence de moustiques nombreux car il y a une réserve d’eau dans la cour pour l’arrosage du jardin nécessite l’emploi d’un répulsif surtout le soir . Bonne relation rapide avec les personnes chargées de la location, intervention immédiate au moindre problème. Apr 19, 2018 #### Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit herrlichen Zitrusbäumen Wir waren Ende März / Anfang April in diesem schönen mallorqinischen Landhaus . Es ist nicht luxuriös, aber sehr authentisch und ruhig gelegen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind hell, 4 haben Balkon und schöne Ausblicke nach Alcudia und in die Berge. Die Matratzen könnten deutlich besser sein. Die Küche ist ordentlich eingerichtet, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine - alles da für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Geschirr und die Gläser waren nicht sonderlich sauber. Also vielleicht die Endreinigung etwas sorgfältig machen. Wohnraum und Terrasssenbereich sind ideal, Heizung und Kamin funktionieren sehr gut und machen es auch an kühlen Abenden gemütlich. Der Garten besteht aus dem Pool- und Liegebereich und ist umgeben von Zitrusbäumen, Oliven und Wein. In der Küche stand zur Begrüßung ein großer Obstkorb und wir durfen täglich frische Zitronen pflücken. Wunderbar. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Min in Alcudia mit netten Geschäften und schönen Lokalen. Trotzdem ist ein Auto wichtig und Mallorca viel zu schön um nicht erkundet zu werden. Es waren tolle 10 Tage in einem wirklich schönen Haus zum Wohlfühlen. ##### Regina D. Stayed 10 nights in Mar 2018
