During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. This accommodation was actually better then we initially thought. The location is very nice, it is very close to Alcudia and the sea but at the same time it is in a really quiet spot overlooking a very nice lake (with the occasional Flamngos). The villa itself was very clean and spacious and had all the commodities needed for a very relaxing vacation. It is located in the countryside between Alcúdia and Port de Pollensa and has everything needed to spend great holidays. Very nice garden/lounge area and just 5min away by car from the town. Everything was clean and tidy and the communication with the host was fantastic. Fast reply and very polite efficient workers. We will be definitely back.
