The large terrace of 50 m2 of this property will make you enjoy the magnificent views, with the high-quality furniture, you will be able to enjoy a refreshing drink and a barbecue to cook delicious meals outdoors. Dinners with family or friends can be enjoyed as they deserve on this terrace. The feeling of spaciousness in this flat is present at all times, the spacious living room tastefully decorated by the owner will make you relax during your stay. Relax in the air-conditioned lounge on the comfortable beige sofas, cleverly placed in one corner of the living room, either with a good book or with a series or film on the superb flat screen TV, you can also enjoy the superb wifi throughout the property, which more than 4 people can be connected to at the same time. If you like cooking, the nice4you flat has a beautiful and spacious kitchen in which you can delight your companions or family with your best dishes, fully equipped with all the details designed by the owner. The rooms at this property will not disappoint, all have ceiling fans: the first room we find has a large double bed, very spacious with fitted wardrobes and well equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The next room, with a large double bed, is fully equipped to make the stay in the flat equally substantial and comfortable for all occupants. Between them is a perfectly furnished bathroom so that you will never want anything at any time. If you arrive tired from the beach and feel like taking a hot bath, you can do so here and relax at any time. The last room is something special, it is composed of 2 bunk beds of 0.90 meters wide, in this space the children have a great time because they have the room equipped with a table for colouring or for the adults to be able to do telework. Puerto de Alcúdia, where you will find one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca, the white sandy beach is less than 50 m from the flat. You will find shops, good restaurants and bars, bakeries, supermarkets and activities (boat rental, surfing, snorkelling...) to do during the whole season. Less than 2 kilometres away you will reach the beautiful village of Alcúdia, a jewel of the island of Mallorca. The impressive medieval walls and cobbled streets create an ideal place to stroll and enjoy the Mallorcan atmosphere. Wir waren im Januar da, weshalb wir mit den zwei Klimageräten heizen mussten. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt von der Straße lauter, da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Eines der Bäder ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Couch auch klasse. In der Küche auch alles vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist riesig und hat eine tolle sonnige Ausrichtung, überwiegend nach Westen. In einer Minute am Hafen, am Strand oder an Geschäften, die man benötigt. Es gibt nur spanische TV-Sender.
