You will love the large outdoor space offered by the "Ses Contesas" farm, Balinese beds, a heart-stopping pool, play ping pong, get out of the pool and dry your drops of water in the sun, you can go on foot to buy fresh produce to the Alcudia market and put the grill on the fire.



The large finca is divided into two units, the first of 60 m2, individuality and very close to the main house there is an open living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped bathroom, going up some light wooden stairs you will find a bedroom with two individual beds.



The main house has a building of 265 m2, furnished with great care and styled by the same owner, the rural and Majorcan charm is what you need to spend a good holiday in Majorca. The ceiling with exposed wooden beams, large well-matched windows and quality furnishings.

You will love the kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils for your day to day. The bathrooms two bathrooms are fully equipped.



The farm "Ses Contesas" has a unique location and character, this town is a starting point for hikers and cyclists, if you like the sea, between beaches and coves you will find more than 10 idyllic places for you.

From May to October, it costs 2 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.

From November to April, it costs 0.5 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.



- The use of air conditioning is optional and will be charged on site in cash in case of use (0.40 Euro / kWh).

The deposit is: 500 Euro (refundable).
