"The room was clean and the staff were great, but they might have washed the carpets in the hall recently, because that smell was awful when we first got there. I should have paid attention to the bed size. It was a full size. But it was the lack in basics that had me scrambling. There was no hair dryer or iron. Travelers need those. There were no dressers to put your clothes in either, but there was a little closet area. It’s the little things that make a stay comfortable."

"Wow we loved staying here during the balloon Fiesta! You are north of the park and downtown so it is easy access to the park or "park and ride" and you can by-pass the traffic. But what I loved most is after a long day of sightseeing you can come back and enjoy the casino, the pool and the great and reasonable restaurant selections. Breakfast or dinner we did not have to leave the property once back at our room. Also, on the 6th floor you could see the balloons once launched in the am and pm from a distance when not at the park. Nice place all you need for a great vacation."

"The hotel was recently sold/purchased. The common areas were under construction. No amenities. The room itself was nice and roomy. It had a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. Bathroom was newly renovated. My stay was October 2026."
