We have always stayed here...never had a problem...this stay we had one very rude, night clerk she actedike she hated her job and she hated people..no smile, her customer service sucked...that was when we checked in...the rest of our stay was good...
Breakfast was awesome. Irene at the front desk was very, very helpful!

It was such a very nice Hotel very clean beautiful rooms comfortable good breakfast. I totally recommend it. Nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Totally worth it I will totally stay here again. Give them 10 out of 10. The only thing parking was very crowded

I liked that it is being renovated. I didn't like that the toilet clogged with the first use. Then the person working the desk just gave me the plunger instead of sending maintenance. Then the shower was not draining during the shower. Breakfast was really very minimal. Parking was full in the evening and I had to park next to the curb. It was to expensive for the quality. 😕

Booked two rooms room 1 very dirty hair on the floor and in the sink and tub! Moved to another room tv wouldn’t change channel and phone wasn’t hooked up to call the front desk! Room 2 tv had no volume and wouldn’t change channels moved to another room it seemed ok till I went to take a shower and there weren’t any bath towels only hand towels!! The front desk was super nice and apologized for stuff that’s not on them I give them a 10 but housekeeping and maintenance gets 1/2 star from me

Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was noise. Had asked for a “quiet room” and was put in a room across from the elevator and ice machine on the side of the hall facing a busy, very noisy street. I did appreciate that there was no carpet!

Although 3/5 rating isn't horrible, it is what we consider to be a passive score, meaning not good nor bad. We absolutely pride ourselves on earning a perfect 5/5 rating and for me anything less than an 4/5 is a fail for our staff. I do apologize for our team not making the most of your stay. When we don't live up to our lofty expectations or the expectations of our guest we try to make sure we are making the necessary adjustments to earn a perfect 10. My room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the wall AC/H, the fan was noisy. But, for the price, couldn't beat it.
