« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « When I arrived and when I departed, the valet employees did not offer to help with luggage. There were ants all over the floor under my table in the bar. The scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast tasted terrible. You also will want your maintenance staff to work on room 509. The freezer in the mini fridge is almost frozen over. The air conditioner filter was so covered in dirt and dust that I don’t see how there’s any airflow which might explain why it was so loud and rattling every time it...

« Our bathroom floor had hair on it from the previous guests and had obviously not been mopped. I was also surprised and disappointed to see that the breakfast, most every hotel chain has and doesn’t charge for, is $14.95. However, we have stayed at this location dozens of times and it is always a great place to stay. »
