"The lady that checked us in was awesome. Our 1st room was rough but the second room was better"

"Rude staff - acted like my presence at check-in was nothing but a nuisance. The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Absolutely no free continental breakfast - the small dining area's lights were off and no food or coffee was available all 3 days we stayed there. This was the only hotel to stay at in this small town, so we had no choice."

"Parking was convenient. Staff were as friendly. The room was clean. "

"The cleaning "fragrance" was overwhelming throughout the property - made me wonder "what are they covering up?" Toilet kept backing up, first time it flooded the bathroom, second time overflowed some - would have been nice to have offered me a different room. To their credit, the responded quickly to the issue but it was still not "working right" - gurggled and fingers were crossed everytime I flushed. "

"I love the art. The artwork alone and nature are with the trip. I consider the nice runs and dining just a bonus"

"Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning"
