Rustic timber house "Willegger", 1'480 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1995. In a quiet position on a slope, 850 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property 700 m2. Storeroom available. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 850 m, supermarket 16 km, restaurant, bar, café 800 m, bicycle rental 850 m, bus stop 10 km, railway station 40 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course 17 km, skisport facilities 850 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochrindl-Alpl 850 m, Turrach 20 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim 24 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. The ski area stops every year on 15 March. The nearest area, open until mid-April is Turracher Höhe and Schiregion Bad Kleinkirchheim.
4-room chalet 120 m2 on 3 levels. Object suitable for 5 adults. Spacious, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Upper floor: open living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). 2 balconies 8 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: suitable for families.
