My adult children recently stayed at the new Hyatt Hotel, and while the property has potential, our experience left much to be desired.
Here's a detailed account of their stay:
**Pros:**
- **Beautiful Interior:** The hotel is brand new, and the interior design is stunning. From the lobby to the rooms, everything looks modern and well-appointed.
**Cons:**
- **Unfinished Entrance:** Unfortunately, the front of the hotel is not completed, and guests are required to enter from the back. This area felt unsafe, especially since there was no visible security and we encountered individuals who appeared to be suffering from mental health issues hiding out back there. While I was with my family and felt relatively safe, I would not feel comfortable checking in alone under these circumstances.
- **Rude Staff:** The front desk staff member we encountered was rude and completely lacking a positive attitude. This was disappointing, as it set a negative tone for the rest of our stay.
Room Issues: The room itself was cool and stylish, but the shower had very little water pressure. Additionally, the glass shower door did not shut properly, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor and making it difficult to retain heat in the shower area.
