Great breakfast, room was okay and decently clean (no visible dirt or dirty footprints in the shower). Easy to locate and lots of food options nearby for dinner. I would stay here again.

Other than having the worst shower water pressure I have ever experienced in my life (I could have bathed in the sink and been cleaner) the rest of the hotel was pretty good.

This hotel is in dreadful need of a refreshing upgrade. The beds were overly soft. There was a musty smell throughout, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible. These were serious deficiencies for the price they are asking. I did ask the staff to get a different room and they were extremely helpful. However, even the final room was not as upgraded as it should be. I am disappointed because I spent the prayer night in another chain hotel for a similar price and had a much better Room experience. Once again, however, the staff was great about trying to help

The staff, especially the manager, Sophia, were very helpful. It was a large conference with lots of people and they handled the influx well. Breakfast offered a variety of great food and beverage options. It was a great value.
