The Italian Lady - Unit 1

  • A splendid accommodation in a villa consisting of only two units, overlooking the sea and the Baia del Sole. Finely renovated and ideal for total relaxation. The shared heated pool, with hydromassage area and counter-current swimming makes this accommodation a unique place to spend your holidays immersed in nature and a stone's throw from the sea and the shopping streets of Alassio.
    Please note that the last 200 meters to reach the facility are on a unpaved road.

    City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


    Extra: CRIB € 35,00 Per stay (upon request), EXTRA CLEANING Consumption (upon request), EXTRA LINEN € 15,00 Per person (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
