« The property was just as described. The owner and his family live right next to the cottage and were very respectful of our privacy. They were in communication with us during our stay and in communication with us as needed. They responded to all our needs, concerns and gave us good advice about activities and things to do locally. The bike path was superb. »

« The place was clean and nicely decorated. The street is off of a busy road, but we didn't notice any noise indoors. The tree line provided a nice barrier even outside. We had all the amenities we needed. We loved watching the bunnies hop around the yard. The location was close enough to walk to the restaurant across the street, which had good food. It's just a short drive to downtown Petoskey. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« The house was great. Everything was clean. Love the fact it was dog friendly with dog dishes, outdoor kennels and even a toy. The neighborhood was a little on the unsure side with an abandoned house on one side and a trailor that shared a driveway behind the house. There were dogs next door on the otherside that barked at times. It was mostly quiet and the neighbor kids were nice. Not too far from Petoskey where we were all weekend for a soccer tournament. »
