The sheets, towels, and room were clean, but the facilities are old and run down. Two of the three lamps in our room did not work and the heating/cooling unit was old and of limited use. There is no fitness center in the hotel, although there are great amenities for kids, like the old Holidome model: indoor pool, play structure, arcade, and other games. But the hotel desperately needs renovation.

The amenities, especially for families, were great. Loved the bar area and dining availability. Rooms were a bit out-dated and could be upgraded considering the price.

There is a great swimming pool for kids. The pool is open until 11 pm. If you want a quiet room, ask for one on the outside.

Disgusting hotel. Very run down. Not at all what the pics showed. Had I paid the hotel instead of Expedia I would have demanded my money back. The hotel was unkempt. The pool and hot tub were gross and poor condition. There was a giant hair was in the pool filter that obviously hadn’t been changed in a long time. The “play area” was gross I felt like I needed to have shoes on even around the pool. Tiny, old & cheap towels barely bigger than a hand towel were what we were expected to use at pool. The room was old & outdated. 4 of my 5 pillows were dirty and the bed sheet had what I hope was dry stuck on candy. I called for new clean sheets and 3 of those new pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom was in disrepair. The shower handle was broken and missing screws. Water temperature was off and you’re given one towel. Couldnt get out if there fast enough.

The overall property was nice. But we had a room over the pool. It was very noisy all night long and into the morning. We could not sleep. We did not ask for a poolside room. The room looked like it had not been cleaned. They advertised a restaurant which was not open. The breakfast selection the next morning was good.

My nephew loves the pool area and miniature golf. Breakfast was ok, waffle making takes alot of time when crowded. What I did not like : $50/ night dog fee! Carpet in room stained and dirty. Needs updated. Annoying that I paid extra for pool side room only to find out the hard way that you could exit to pool but you had to walk around to inside corridor to get back in room. We ended up propping door open like the next room. No one at desk mentioned this issue and had to get someone to open it by slipping a wire under door as we had put security lock on corridor side. Should have been refunded on pool side extra fee.

Arriving back to the hotel late from an event we discovered the TV did not work. Neither the remote nor the buttons on the device turned it on. And yes it was plugged in to a power strip and the devices plugged in were working. Also, the tub did not drain so after a shower you would be standing in several inches of water. We survived one night and told the desk the next morning and she said we should have notified them and they could have fixed the problems or put us in another room. Two options were wouldn't have been interested in at midnight!

The room was clean. I stayed overnight during travel. I had no intention to use the pool, but my room connected to the pool. Stay away! The pool closes late and the guests continued to use it even after shut down by the staff. I did not sleep well.

Good budget hotel
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. The bathrooms are small and kind of dingy. The shower drained so slow I was standing in ankle deep water by the time I washed my hair. Our room smelled and appeared clean but the carpet was stained and tearing and was sort of gross. The beds were clean and comfy. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The pool and play area were great for our toddler. More positives than negatives.

Rooms were dirty, Paid extra for poolside accessibility, but doors to poolside did not work (you could leave but if the door closed you had to walk through the lobby to get back to the room. It was suggested that I leave the door open, by flipping the security bar so the door doesn't close. There was food under the table in the room. In the bathroom was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The rooms have 2 beds, so it technically can sleep 4 people. But they only put 2 sets of towels in each room. You can ask for more but then you are questioned. Switched rooms and they were just as bad. Sink was so slanted anything placed on it would fall over or roll off. Poor lighting in parking lot and there was a pothole, did not see it and fell. When I brought it to the desk clerks attention, they told me "Be careful". I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness, customer service, and most importantly the safety and security of the hotel.

This hotel is not worth 149.00 per night. The carpets are probably original to the building of the hotel. If you want a quiet room, ask that your not facing the pool!

Definitely pictures were deceiving. It was very outdated. Definitely needs some updating. The windows are paper thin and were dirty, as well as the walls being paper thin. Had trouble using the key card to get into the room every time. Parking lot needs craters filled in. The phone in the room didn’t work. Don’t think we will be returning. Not what I thought it was going to be. Definitely over priced.
