I love this hotel it's so peaceful, quiet, and clean. They are so organized.All families with kids stay on the 3rd floor which makes it so kid friendly and also they don't charge deposits which is a A for me and they also have 40 inch smart TVs the only hotel in Augusta that do and also offer breakfast.

The owners are so nice, courteous, and wonderful. They try to get to know you on a personal basis like you are family. We absolutely love them, and would not think of staying anywhere else besides there.

Worst experience ever. I had got a hot tub room with no hot water. Waste of money..the wife was rude and not knowledgeable of the property she was running. The husband knew it was a room of flaws the next morning and offered no sympathy. Never again

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms and community spaces are very clean and the staff very accommodating.I have a service dog and it is always nice when we are treated with respect and kindness. It’s also a good feeling to be able to safely go on walks.Manish, the property manager and his wife were very helpful and friendly which helped me to have a relaxing safe stay.They really care for the property.

The front desk was good. I couldn’t understand due to accent but was told my room but the room they sent me to wasn’t cleaned yet, maid was still cleaning and used a lot of chemicals I have my 1 year old son with me so it was too strong I had to leave until the room cleared out

Frustrating
The motel lady couldn’t find the reservation for about 15min, she apparently didn’t start with the obvious, my son’s name which is who the reservation was under. She asked for the reservation number and kept saying it wasn’t there. Her English wasn’t great but start with the basics, name on the ID.

Found a bed bug in my room. An the guy who works the front desk was rude to me and my wife. Very unprofessional in handling customer concerns. An didnt communicate well with explaining things from the rates to why i couldnt move rooms when requested even was vague and condescending in explaining why the remote didnt work to the tv in the room. Horrible experience we won be returnin. We had to found a different place to stay at.

Really wanted to work higher, but they were ants in my bathroom and crawling on the shower stall itself. And on the counter and you know the people above me were running and playing in the hallway Are in the room sounded like they were jumping up-and-down. But overall was extremely satisfied

Room was wonderful.. we stayed for two weeks and I'm not going to lie, the lady we had cleaning our room needs a raise because she was wonderful and took care of our every need. If it wasn't for her I dont think we would have had a good stay❤️ thank you all for letting us have my son's 1st bday in the dining area with his dad❤️

Disgusting, roach invested room
I picked this place because we only needed a one night stay. It was affordable and had a 7.8/10 rating. I have no idea how, the room was disgusting and there were roaches crawling around. The staff was friendly enough and the bed itself was comfortable. I will not be booking a room with them again.

Everybody was friendly, nice & accommodating. We couldn’t get the subtitles off of the tv & the phone wasn’t working. They sent someone up in less than a minute to help out. Breakfast was as advertised. Nice hot breakfast Check in was the quickest ever for a change
