A beautiful apartment located on the seafront promenade of Arinaga, in Agüimes, offering spectacular sea views and surrounded by all the necessary services. Its elegant decoration, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. With capacity for 5 people and three bedrooms, it is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a unique vacation in an incomparable coastal setting.  
  
This stunning beachfront apartment, located on the picturesque seafront promenade of Arinaga, in Agüimes, offers spectacular sea views, creating a unique atmosphere of serenity and beauty. With a capacity for 5 people, the property features three spacious and comfortable bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with a sofa bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. Additionally, the master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.  
  
It has one modern bathroom, equipped with a large shower that provides a total relaxation experience. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living-dining room, allows guests to enjoy natural light and stunning sea views while cooking. The living room is elegantly and functionally decorated, featuring a very comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, a 55-inch Smart TV for entertainment, and a dining table where guests can enjoy meals with family or friends.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, and more. Additionally, it offers a washing machine, hairdryer, Wifi internet, 55" Smart TV, as well as high-quality bed linens and shower towels.
