Shopping centre 400 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Golf International" 230 m, sandy beach "Plage Richelieu" 950 m. Sports harbour 100 m. Nearby attractions: Ile des Loisirs 450 m. Please note: no lift.  
"Les Héliades", 3-room apartment 42 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sleeping alcove 5 m2 with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Heating, electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) living/dining room 12 m2 with TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace, south facing position and east facing position. Large terrace 13 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea and the port. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 45\. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
