« The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. « I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price. The unit has a kitchen, small dining space and enough room for ourselves and daughter to sleep. Thank you for your hospitality. »

« Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!! »

« Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on. »

« A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!). It was perfect for mellowing out as the sun disappeared over the hills. Daryl was the perfect host - very friendly and helpful. »
