« Les espaces communs sont spacieux propres et très agréables. La terrasse offre un joli panorama sur la ville. L'espace cuisine avec le café offert est très appréciable, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est là si vous le souhaitez. La chambre est très propre, hélas que la canapé lit qui servait pour les enfants grince énormément. Petit bémol, pour l'ouverture de la chambre via une clef sur le téléphone, car ça marchait qu'au bout de 15 tentatives !!! »

« Hôtel super beau l’accueil est chaleureux. jolie chambre d’époque. Pas de baignoire mais vaux la peine quand même. En plein centre ville. Facile pour promenade, shopping visiter la ville et les alentours. Transport gratuits grace à l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner et prix pour un animal un peu cher je trouve. Si je retourne à Bern j’irais à cette hôtel. 😚😚 »

Les chambres sont confortables, tranquilles et propres, par contre l'aération de la salle de bain est bruyante et je ne sais pas dans quelle mesure, cela s'entend des autres chambres. « Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac , au petit déjeuner c’est juste reposant et parfait . Chambre confortable. Un ventilateur est présent dans la chambre et c’est top. Nous l’avons utilisé et il ne fait pas de bruit . Nous avons très bien dormi, bonne literie. Personnel super. Je recommande . »
