"Greit i forhold til prisen jeg betalte. Flekkete teppefliser på gulvet. Lite bad hvor døren ikke ville holde seg lukket. Luktet ikke særlig godt på rommet. "

"I booked this stay last minute and immediately tried to cancel it but Bergen Guesthouse does not accept cancellations. The property is close to the city center, inexpensive and newly - in progress - renovated. However, the walls are paper thin, the rooms lack comfort (our window didn’t close properly, only a ceiling light, no bedside lights, the power outlets didn’t work properly, no TV, no mirror). One full bath and one out of order bathroom to share between 4 rooms on the level we stayed....

"Room was full of dirty laundry and bedsheets. No staff on duty. Nobody answered the phone. Other guests were leaving because of broken shower and no toilet paper. I had no choice but to get another hotel. 2 hours later I received an email that they had assigned the wrong room. Too late. I want a refund of my prepayment."

"The property is located in a beautiful scenery, far from city, plan accordingly Check in advance if they are offering all the services for the season . We got a message offering fresh local breakfast, We signed in advance, however we were informed they have not opened this service for the season and was an automatic message."

"Great location to have a few very calm days right by the fjord near Bergen, with different nature activities right around the corner. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, as well as the well equipped kitchen and living room area. Can only reccommend this place! Thanks for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely come back."
